Mr. Lafleur is a founder and the brand creator of Respect Your Universe (RYU), a publicly traded athletic clothing company. In addition to the naming, logo design and overall branding he was responsible for overseeing corporate communications and press releases during the successful early public stage of the company. Mr. Lafleur has twenty plus years of experience as an advertising and marketing film Director and brand and media Creative Director. His client list includes video, photography, copywriting and creative direction for many global brands including: Nike’s Jordan Brand, Motorola, Miller Genuine Draft, Miller Lite, Coors Light, Adidas, McDonald’s, Constellation Brands and Netflix. Mr. Lafleur owns and operates Safehouse Productions a boutique film and video company based in Vancouver, working worldwide.
